What is the Guest?

Created on 2003-02-25 by Rainer Gerhards.

Built-in account for guest access to the computer/domain.

If someone without a valid account tries to access a Windows computer, Windows will automatically use the Guest account, if enabled. As such, everyone has access to a computer with an enabled Guest account.

This account is disabled on all systems by default.
